In addition, all employees covered by collective bargaining agreements will be entitled to an additional 5 days off from 2022 – increasing their annual vacation day total to 35 days, meaning there is plenty of time to enjoy your time off to the fullest. And around the festive period, SLM Solutions also gives you more time for yourself and your loved ones: to take both the 24th and 31st December off, one day of vacation is enough.

Our salaries are collectively agreed and are set regardless of gender, origin, or other factors.
